Sexual dysfunction refers to when a person is unable to function sexually as desired, showing problems in one or more phases of the sexual response cycle. So, during the sexual desire phase, the person can experience a reduced or increased sexual desire, during the sexual stimulation phase, men can experience erectile dysfunction, women can experience impaired sexual arousal, during the phase of orgasm, men can experience impaired orgasm or ejaculation disorders and during the phase of resolution, men and women might experience discomfort or headache after intercourse.
